John 15:1-8

The passage I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes[a] so that it will be even more fruitful. 3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

Book: The Dreamsnatcher

Author: Abi Elphinstone
What was it about: a girl named Moll Pecksniff
who gets recurring nightmares and wakes up in her nightmare, she has a wild
cat called Griff follows her her nightmare include.

What you liked about it: it had good plot twists. drums beating rattles rattling
her heart beat beats to the beat of the drum the more closer she gets to the
dreamsnatcher.
Didn’t like about it: It could of been more creepy.

Listen I'm wayyy overused for sketching. STOP USING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use purple instead. Ok, now tell that bug eyed cat to stop looking at me funny, bro stop. Use another colour!!! Is it that hard to sketch with another color like brooooo. Just to refresh your human mind STOP USING ME!!!!!!! The Tall Shoemaker

The Tall Shoemaker W.A.L.T Analyse and create a character description. The Tall Shoemaker came to this tiny town to sell shoes but got more than he bargained for.... He has a shoe stand with all kinds of shoes. His friends are as unreal as a pig flying. He wears sassy, rich, sharp clothes and carries a jet black cane with a gold heel on top of it. He wears a midnight coloured top hat and a sharp tux. He is very very very tall. He has a beard with no hair on his chin, it's a dusty red pigment. He has small brown eyes. His job is selling shoes. He stands like he owns the world. He moves in a lanky manner. He did nothing, well, he did steal a lot of customers but that's it, I swear!. He lives in a shoe van. His ego is so big it fills up 50 vans. The Tall Shoemaker was chased away and never to be seen again…

c) What happened to The Pink and White Terraces? they think a volcano erupted

d) What do you think it would be like if The Pink and White Terraces were still here today? it would be better because if they were around then they wont have to build so much hot pools and spas

Sina and the Eel

Scene time:2:09
It is Samoan language week so we wacthed teh story of Sina and the Eel
we had to draw in our topic books a scene from the story and write the three main points.

The three main points are

• Sina had an eel that grew.
• The eel fell in love with her
• The coconut trees came from a eels head getting chopped of.
